1 cup low fat curds (dahi) , beaten
1/2 cup cubed and boiled beetroot
1/4 cup cucumber cubes
1/4 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

Method


For veg raita

  1. To make mixed vegetable raita, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate the quick veg raita for ½ hour and serve chilled.
