Move over Starbucks, there’s a better Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato! And I drink it every single day!

Why? Because this unicorn of meal replacement shakes provides this mama with the nutrition she needs every single day, natural energy to get through myday and has helped me lose over 35 pounds!

Iced Cinnamon Almond Milk Macchiato

Ingredients:

For Bottom Layer:

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup ice

½ scoop Vanilla (or Vanilla Vegan) Shakeology

For Top Layer:

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup ice

½ scoop Café Latte (or Café Latte Vegan) Shakeology

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

½ tsp. pure caramel extract

Preparation:

For Bottom Layer:

1. Place almond milk, ice, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into serving glass. Place glass in freezer while you blend the next layer.

2. Slowly pour into serving glass over bottom

What You Need:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup ice

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology or Chocolate Vegan ✌️

2 tsp. ground whole wheat graham cracker crumbs, divided use

What To Do:

1. Place almond milk, ice, extract, Shakeology, and 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a serving glass and garnish with remaining 1 tsp. graham cracker crumbs; serve immediately.

Unicorn Shakeology

You all saw the hype yesterday about the Unicorn frapp that’s full of sugar and only sticking around for a limited time anyway!

So for my friends that are looking for something that is going to stick around without all the CRAP in it here is an awesome alternative! Shakeology is already the Unicorn of health shakes aiding in weight loss, boosting energy, curbing junk food cravings, improving digestion, reducing inflammation, and much much more so it’s only fitting that we have a UNICORN Shakeology Recipe right?! 🤗

Well my friends, here it is!


🦄Unicorn Shakeology 🦄

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla Shakeology – divided into thirds
1/3 cup blackberries
1/3 cup pineapple (can also added a couple of pieces of mango)
1/3 cup strawberries
12oz coconut or almond milk – divided into thirds

Directions
Blend 1/3 scoop of Shakeology + fruit + milk + ice (to desired consistency) in blender.

Then pour each in your glass creating the layer effect 😁 and if you REALLY want, top with whipped cream and sprinkles to make it look pretty! 💁🏼✨
There ya have it, HEALTHY, pretty and NO GUILT of putting all that other crap in your body! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Meet the Thin Mint Shakeology!

Shakeology Recipes – Fit Focus with Sophia Davis (8)

Ingredients:
-10 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
-1 Scoop Chocolate or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
-1 tsp Mint Extract
-Handful of Ice Cubes

Directions:
Add all to blender or shaker cup and blend/shake! Enjoy

Shakeology Brownies

Are you craving something chocolately but don’t want to ruin your whole day?! Try these amazing Shakeology Brownies!
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 tbsp Honey

1/3 cup Water

1 Egg

Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350º

Spray bread pan with olive oil spray.

Mix all ingredients in bowl, batter will be THICK

Spread ingredients in pan.

Bake 8-12 minutes, checking frequently.

‘Tis the season for holiday inspired drinks! I am always looking for ways to enjoy the flavors of the holidays without all the guilt and weight gain that come with overindulging in the sweets! Cookies around the holidays are literally EVERYWHERE! But have no fear, this alternative to a gingerbread cookie is amazing!!

Gingerbread Shakeology

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 banana

Ice

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! If you want to treat yourself, top with some crumbled gingerbread cookies or a little bit of whipped cream!

It’s that time of year. Pumpkin Spice everything is around and it’s one of my favorite flavors of the fall and holiday season. But I prefer a much healthier version of the typical blended pumpkin spice anything at the local coffee shops so I mix up a little Pumpkin Spice Shakeo!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Shakeology

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology
1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp pumpkin puree (optional)
Ice
Shake or blend until smooth and delicious!

Banana Cashew Latte Shakeology

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoopCafé Latte Shakeology
  • ½ large banana, cut into chunks
  • 3 Tbsp. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. raw cashews
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, banana, oats, cashews, and nutmeg in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Containers:1 Purple,1 Red,1 Yellow,½ Blue

One of the beautifulthings about Shakeology is that there are literally hundreds of recipes to make it taste the way you like or to change it up when you get bored of a certain recipe!

This recipe was posted on the Team Beachbody Blog and let me tell you, it’s absolutely delish!!

Chocolate Shakeology blended with chopped pecans and — the secret ingredient — caramel extract, give this smoothie a buttery, nutty flavor reminiscent of pie, without all of the excess sugar. To add a little spice, consider a dash of ground ginger, cinnamon, or nutmeg.Caramel extract has the flavor of real caramel, without any of the guilt.Look for it in the baking aisle of your supermarket, or buy it online.

So without further babbling, here is the recipe!

Chocolate Pecan Pie Shakeology

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped raw pecans (plus a little for garnish!)
  • ½ tsp. pure caramel extract

Instructions

  1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, pecans, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Containers:1 Red,½ Yellow,½ Blue
