These Oven Baked BBQ Ribs were so juicy and tender. I have never had such a juicy meat. The oven caramelized the outside, making it the perfect rib texture.
If you were to ask me my favorite food, I would say ribs without any hesitation. I love how easy these ribs were to make and I didn’t even have to heat up the grill.
They were so juicy and tender. I was surprised at how juicy they were, even being baked in the oven.

How to make Easy Oven Baked BBQ Ribs:
Step 1:Place ribs in a large pot and fill with water until ribs are completely covered. You may need to cut the ribs into smaller sections to fit into the pot.
Step 2: Add garlic powder, pepper and salt to pot and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Boil for 40 minutes, or until ribs are tender.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 5: Remove ribs from pot and place in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 6: Brush BBQ sauce over ribs.
Step 7: Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F.
Step 8: Brush on additional BBQ sauce before serving, if desired.

I love ribs. I don’t even need a side dish with them because I could just get full on ribs. But, here are a few of our favorite bbq sides that go perfect with ribs.
- Twice Baked Sweet Potato.
- Acini De Peppe Salad before (we call it frog-eye salad).

Ingredients
- 2½ lb baby back ribs
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoon salt
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
